The semi-annual lunch that was provided as I waited to have my car serviced was excellent. My wife was given a free key container, and I enjoyed watching NCAA football on the television. I had to take my car in for service and was worried about the wait since I had my daughter with me. Upon arrival at the gate, Gary greeted me and started the paperwork. Doug finish the process and suggeste the wait since I had my daughter with me. Upon arrival at the gate, Gary greeted me and started the paperwork. Doug finish the process and suggested that I went to the express service since it would be quicker that way. Sergiu was more than happy to take me thru the express service. He advised that within 30-45 mins I should be on my way out. And yes I was within 45 mins. The staff was excellent, Doug patient with me, Gary very professional and Sergiu speedy. They did not try to have me spend any money. I question them regarding services that I thought I needed and was told that it is not yet necessary. Save my money for now. To too that, my sale person Lacoe was going in vacation for 2 weeks. He called to let me know that he will be away for 2 weeks however if I needed anything I can call and someone will be more than happy to assist. Isn't that beyond professionalism? Thank you Lacoe I am thankful for such loyalty and dedication. Thank you Younger Nissan. More
Service was good. Communication was poor. I had to initiate the calls to find out status of the repair. If you tell me your going to call the next day, then call me. Don't make me pick up the phone initiate the calls to find out status of the repair. If you tell me your going to call the next day, then call me. Don't make me pick up the phone and call you. PS. Also had asked the truck be washed - that didn't happen. More
I have been having my Nissan cars serviced at Frederick Nissan and spent thousands of dollars there for 13 years, trusting you advice completely, but after the last service visit I believe I will have to g Nissan and spent thousands of dollars there for 13 years, trusting you advice completely, but after the last service visit I believe I will have to go elsewhere. I just had an oil change but during the multi-point inspection it was discovered that my brakes were down to 2/32 and that it was metal to metal so my rotors had to be changed out too, on the front end of my Maxima. Since the price was almost $400.00 to have this repair done I went somewhere else to get the brakes done. Not only were the pads NOT at 2/32 but they had not even come close to scoring the rotors. I was told by the customer advisor that it was imperative that I get my brakes done immediately and scared me into having them done ASAP, which was not even close to being an emergency as he suggested. I am totally disgusted. (I have the old pads my possession if you would like to take a look) I was also told there is an additional $3000.00 worth of work to be done on my car. Do I believe it...that is questionable!!! When did your service department switch from honestly helping people with getting their cars repaired to looking toward the Almighty dollar! You have us over a barrel, we rely on our cars daily, and we trust you. How do I trust you now? I have bought 2 cars at your dealership and am in the market for another. I will rethink that one. More
Sergiu was very friendly and respectful. I needed an oil change thru the "Express" lane service; waiting time for service was exactly as he quoted. He gave me a print out of what I should have checked at m change thru the "Express" lane service; waiting time for service was exactly as he quoted. He gave me a print out of what I should have checked at my next service appointment. He was very professional and represented Nissan extremely well. More

I cannot say enough about the efficiency and friendliness of the service, especially Doug Rice, who has been there for years. I always have a positive experience. The are honest and very clear about what k of the service, especially Doug Rice, who has been there for years. I always have a positive experience. The are honest and very clear about what kind of work needs to be done immediately, and what work can be done the next time I come in. They went the extra mile in my last visit by sending someone out with the courtesy car to pick me up outside the regular courtesy van hours. I went for 60,000 mile service, which is a tad expensive (over $500) but looks like it is the Nissan dealer standard price, not set by the individual dealer. More
I needed 2 tires mounted and balanced on my Subaru outback. I was informed you have the hunter road-force balancing machine which is a preference of mine. I called Phil in service and he indicated he outback. I was informed you have the hunter road-force balancing machine which is a preference of mine. I called Phil in service and he indicated he had an opening and I drove right over. The mounting and balancing was completed (with a four wheel alignment) in under an hour. I was truly impressed given I had no appointment. I have never used your service before because I have never owned a nissan, but I am certainly going to consider utilizing your shop for all my vehicles (2 Hondas, Toyota, Subaru, and chevy Tahoe) in the future. The service techs Doug and Phil were extremely polite and friendly. The technician Steve was obviously very quick but was friendly when I met him as well. Steve and Phil also brought to my attention a developing issue with my drivers power window that I am now looking into repairing soon. It was a good catch and I am glad they brought it to my attention. On another note, your website does not mention your having the road force balancing machine nor does the hunter website list you as having the unit either. You might consider advertising that fact. With todays sensitive suspensions the road force balancing is the only way to go for some makes and models. Most customers cant appreciate a properly tuned motor but everyone knows when a wheel is out of balance. Sincerely, Mike G More
