I brought my vehicle in to Younger Nissan for an estimate. I had just been involved in an accident. When I arrived to the Service Center I was met by Ryan Joy, of their Collision Department. Mr. Joy was extremely courteous as he began to explain the process. I was very impressed first, with the cleanliness of the Service area as well as Ryan Joy's attention to detail. I had done extensive damage to my vehicle, however Mr. Joy was extremely sensitive with the fact that it was going to take at least a full week to repair the damage. I felt that there estimate was great, as my insurance company agreed. Ryan Joy jumped right in, securing me a rent a car and I was on my way within a timely manner. Ryan Joy kept in contact with me from the beginning to the end, including intermittent phone calls with updates. My car was returned when promised. The car looked as good as it did, the day that I bought it. I want to thank Ryan Joy for his OUTSTANDING service! Great job. More
My worst fear happened. Two and a half weeks ago I hit a deer at the 85 Buckeystown exit. I was mortified at the sight of the front end damage to my Nissan. I'd purchased my car just 6 months prior from Frederick Nissan. Once again I was in desperate need of their help and they were there for me from start to finish! I was well aware of the outstanding customer service and support Frederick Nissan provided to new and existing customers. Since I'm very family-oriented, it was a "no-brainer" decided where to have my vehicle repaired. Immediately, I had my vehicle towed to Frederick Nissan, although other dealerships were recommended. Because I knew my baby would be in safe, capable hands. Today, I arrived at Frederick Nissan, anxiously ready to see my baby. I was greeted by Jay, Manager of the body shop. He was so nice, knowledgeable and friendly. My car looked brand new. It shined better than lip gloss! They say diamonds are a girls best friend. But my Nissan is mine. My vehicle was restored to its original luster! Its the best Xmas present I ever got and I have Jay and his team to thank! More

I purchased a pre-owned Nissan Altima and was taking it in for my first of five free oil changes. Sergiu Pricepa was my service guy and was so helpful. I arrived a little early but Gary Lewis came out and waited on me immediately while my service adviser was working with another customer. I just brought my Murano in for it's second oil change. Again, it was done very quickly. I was talked into a tire rotation which probably wasn't a bad idea, but $20. seems kind of expensive. So far I have been happy with the service department, although I don't know if I would buy another Nissan or Murano. I still feel that the vehicle has subpar paint and it is not as effortless to drive as previous vehicles. Hopefully, if or when I bring it in for real service, it will go as smoothly as the oil changes. More

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of stopping into Younger Nissan to get an insurance quote for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. It was extremely busy, but I was taken care of right away and EVERYONE was extrem Younger Nissan to get an insurance quote for my 2007 Jeep Wrangler. It was extremely busy, but I was taken care of right away and EVERYONE was extremely friendly, like you would expect from a dealership whom you had purchased a car from. Jay Flick helped me through the insurance quote process and it was quick and he was very down to earth and I didn't feel like I didn't belong because I hadn't purchased the car from them. I had never stepped foot on this lot until my insurance company told me that this was one dealership that they do collision quotes with, and I have lived in Frederick my entire life. The parts were ordered right away and within days I received a call to schedule an appointment. I dropped my car off and also asked to get an oil change while my jeep was there. By that afternoon I received a call that my jeep was finished with the collision center and was taken over for an oil change and will be ready by the time I get off of work. When I arrived Sergiu was there to greet me and help me to the cashiers desk. Another service department man, which I apologize I didn't get the name, told me that if I had a few minutes that they were just going to give the jeep a quick wash. I was absolutely shocked and of course agreed to wait for a little. I was in shock honestly at how nice everyone was. I want to purchase a car after the winter, although I am not sure yet what kind of make/model I want, I will remember this dealership when I start my test driving. If they treat someone coming in for an insurance quote/oil change like myself, I can't even begin to imagine purchasing a car and having that down to earth, non-pushy customer service and lifetime relationship. I WILL be back and I highly recommend for any service or purchasing that you stop by Younger Nissan in Frederick first! More
Great experience with the body shop staff at Younger NISSAN. Very courteous and did a great job. The Frontier sparkles with the poly steel coating.
