50,000 mile service I happened to be in the Frederick area when the message flashed on my dashboard that I needed an oil change. I decided to stop at Younger to have this done even though I knew I had a very limited time window. Joseph informed me that it was time for the 50,000 mile servicing and I said ok, but I've only got about an hour. He said no problem...and it wasn't! I complained to him that he didn't even give me enough time to find out who committed the murder on the TV show that I was watching in the waiting room! Joseph was very nice and very professional. More

I purchased by car at this dealership, and since that day, everyone I have ever encountered has far exceed any expectations I had. They treat every customer with a friendly smile and eager disposition, they heed every request, and go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer. While I don't even live in Frederick, I make it a point to travel out of my way to continue to come to this dealership, particularly when it comes to service because of Allen Bostic. Service Keeps Getting Worse Just got back from having my Altima serviced here. I went in for an oil change and to fix two recalls issues. Every time I go into Younger Nissan, I feel their main goal is to separate as much money as possible from me. This is actually the third car I've bought from this dealership (and it used to go by Frederick Nissan). I really like the Nissan product, but I'm growing really tired of the poor service at this dealership (which is the only close option for me). Anyway, even though I'm a three-time purchaser who has had EVERY SINGLE SERVICE on my vehicles done at this dealership, it's like a shell game every time I go in there. In addition to the general rudeness of the employees I had to deal with today, I also had to ask for the $14.95 oil change price that they advertise with a giant banner hanging on the side of the business -- and when I did, the service guy rolled his eyes. (He had charged me $35.) My hopes of getting in and out quickly and cheaply were dashed when they told me that I needed two different kinds of air filters and new tires. On the recommended services print-out given to me, it read "buy three tires and get the 4th for a penny" but the service guy said that deal was no longer going on. Again: It was on the sheet of paper he handed to me. I always feel like I'm getting conned when I go in here. I really like Nissan vehicles but this dealership is changing my mind about that. I'd avoid this place at all costs (and there will be costs) and try somewhere else. More
Love these guys.... They just work I've been working with these guys since they were on East Street, I always came in and they always treated me like a good guy. I dealt with Marty and I've been working with these guys since they were on East Street, I always came in and they always treated me like a good guy. I dealt with Marty and Doug Rice. When they moved to Grove Road the shop was huge and they showed me the place over. I've worked with a few techs but Doug has been there since I can remember, so i typically go to him. He always seems to know my car and always makes sure i the right service. Even when i killed on of my tired on the car, he said it's under warranty and it will be taken care of. I love these guys, i definately recommend you get your care here and the service Department is top notch. I've had 4 Cars from these guys so they're definately doing something right. I'm sure i'll get my fifth one from them at some point ;) More
