Jesse the Service Manager is a BLESSING to me. I had a problem with my transmission, I called him and explained everything to him and he told me to bring it in the next day. Those words just touched my soul and I broke down crying because I was because I didn't know what to do or even how to fix my transmission financially. With his Blessed heart, I am now getting my transmission fixed and put me in a rental until my car is finished. He was very understanding, kindhearted and most importantly valued my commitment to his company which means the world to me because I love having my car serviced there. His heart is so Blessed. He made my horrific experience with my first car to a joyful experience. Anyone wanting to buy a Nissan or need their car serviced, Younger Nissan of Frederick is by far the best place to go. I just want to start with saying thank you, I've been working in this industry since 2015 and this has been by far the best service and parts experience I have had. A lot of advisors don’t want to take t working in this industry since 2015 and this has been by far the best service and parts experience I have had. A lot of advisors don’t want to take the time to work with warranty companies that are the oem warranty and he did he was able to take care of all my concerns and made my pregnant wife and myself feel safe in our vehicle for the first time since we bought it. The communication was on point. He seeks to understand what the concern is and made it happen. Also what to thank the tech that worked on my car a finding the problem with my front lower control arms that carmax insisted on saying nothing was wrong with them when there was. The turn around time was great. Overall best experience ever thank you again and look forward to driving business your way. I will be tell all my friends and family this is the place to go!!!!!! More

If there is a part or accessory you need for your Nissan he’ll find it. Service department, all of them are great helping you out with your vehicle. Today I met Doug who answered all my questions, told me what I should do to keep my car running and what I don’t need (which I asked him about first). That’s the way you keep someone coming back and recommending your shop, HONESTY! Last but not least is financing with Ed. Those of you have financed before know that when your at the end of the sale the Finance manager could make or break it depending on how he or she treats you when your about to drop down some hard cash and commit to 3-6 years of payments. Not easy. He was patient answering my questions like I was the first person who ever asked the question he’s probably answered a thousand times. The guy knows what he’s doing. I guess buy now you know I recommend you checking out Younger Nissan, you won’t be disappointed. I also met someone in upper management who didn’t try to sell me anything or asked what I was doing in the dealership, just asked me if I was getting great service while I was here, and then took the time to talk about life (we were close in age) and how things change.
