He made the experience fun and inviting; and, significantly, it was always "how can it be done", which I greatly appreciated. While I was working with Frank, I was also promptly once again welcomed back to the dealership by Joe, who not only remembered our discussions the last time I got my vehicle there, he made sure his team was firing on all cylinders and reaffirmed I would again be in good hands. It was clear he was very proud of Frank and his whole team, and that he had trained them well. Rounding out the day was an excellent experience with Paige in finance. She was equally as masterful in her work, and explained everything clearly and with enthusiasm. She was also extremely welcoming to my two daughters who said they missed her when we left. We were only there a couple of hours; it was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle.
