Talk about great service everyone from service, sales, parts and finance is helpful and nice. Let’s start with Jeff at parts, super knowledgeable, good sense of humor and really helpful. If there is a part or accessory you need for your Nissan he’ll find it. Service department, all of them are great helping you out with your vehicle. Today I met Doug who answered all my questions, told me what I should do to keep my car running and what I don’t need (which I asked him about first). That’s the way you keep someone coming back and recommending your shop, HONESTY! Last but not least is financing with Ed. Those of you have financed before know that when your at the end of the sale the Finance manager could make or break it depending on how he or she treats you when your about to drop down some hard cash and commit to 3-6 years of payments. Not easy. He was patient answering my questions like I was the first person who ever asked the question he’s probably answered a thousand times. The guy knows what he’s doing. I guess buy now you know I recommend you checking out Younger Nissan, you won’t be disappointed. I also met someone in upper management who didn’t try to sell me anything or asked what I was doing in the dealership, just asked me if I was getting great service while I was here, and then took the time to talk about life (we were close in age) and how things change. As a single female going to a dealership to purchase a car, I had my concerns about how I was going to be treated and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to get railroaded into a deal that was not right. When I came to this dealership, I came in with a pretty strong idea of what I wanted and boy did they deliver! My sales rep, Frank, was a true rockstar. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was super patient along the process as I test drove and compared a few different Rogue colors and trims to get exactly what I wanted. I never felt pushed or rushed into a decision and ended up getting the perfect vehicle with his help! Paige, in their finance department, was also fantastic! She was very detailed and took the time to answer all of my questions and review all of the information with me (even multiple times). They were truly a great dealership to work with and I would recommend them to all! More
