I had a very pleasant buying experience. I scheduled an appointment with Rod McKinnon to inspect a used vehicle I was interested in. We met and took a test drive. On Saturday, December 16th we had to have my vehicle towed in to Younger Nissan for diagnostics. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient as we decided to buy a new vehicle. He has great people skills and it shows! He was able to get us a reasonable trade in value for my previous Sentra, and also made sure we did not feel pressured or that our purchase was too high for our comfort. He is simply fantastic! From there, he introduced us to Paige in financing and she helped us get to a monthly payment we were very happy with. She has such a great personality and she was also a joy to work with! We also met Joe, the sales manager and everyone working was so nice.
