Power was out, but the people were not I dropped my car off for a one hour manufacturer recall requirement and an oil change. The job was done in the one hour, but electrical power was lim I dropped my car off for a one hour manufacturer recall requirement and an oil change. The job was done in the one hour, but electrical power was limited and the computer system was down so an invoice could not be generated. It took an additional hour for the power to be restored. At no time did Mr. Pricepa lose his composure or waste energy complaining; he simply did all he could to explain the situation. The problem was out of his control, but he did not come across angry or flustered. He was mature and responsible and I appreciated his calm attention to my situation. More

Good job of knowing how to deal with a person when there is I was at another dealer in the area that was having an overstock sale. I drove past Younger's lot and noticed a car that looked good. I returned to the lot and looked at the car, I have now purchased. I went into the sales department met Steve Latour, told him I wanted to know about the car and Steve took over. He got the keys and we checked the car, then he talked me into driving it. Steve and I talked, and we came up with the deal. It was nice to get a car sales person that don't talk down to the person and try to force a sale, which happens with most car sales people I have talked with. More
thought they were good I had a accident in my focus about a year and a half ago. They fixed my car in a decent time for the extent of the damage. About a month ago it got allot worse. I took out in to see what the problem was after finally getting a hold of someone. We set everything up I dropped the car of and I don't even get a call. Had to call them. They said my cat was fine. Nothing wrong but needed tires. I have general knowledge of cars and I did not believe them. The guy assured me it was just the tires. So the next day I got a full set of tires take it on the highway and guess what the shaking is still there. It felt like they didn't do a good examine and just blamed it on something they didn't have to repair. The easy way out. My insurance company recommend this place and the work that they did was guaranteed. On a side note one month after my car was repaired my car broke down on the highway. It was something they missed. A crack in the radiator. It happens I understand. But they don't wanna hear anything now. Give me some cheap excuse that it's the tires. It's just lazy. More
Terrible Sales customer service. Incompetent service dept I waited for 2 hours on a Friday morning for someone in sales to give me an appraisal on a vehicle for trade in. An entry level sales rep kept asking me to wait and wait until his boss was done from a "meeting". Two hours later I got sick of waiting and I left. They don't know how to treat a customer. In another incident, I brought my car in for some warranty manufacturer recall work, and supposedly they fixed what they had to do ( I hope), however, they also changed my oil change sticker even though no oil was changed. Their incompetent technicians confuse customers cars with each other, and the wrong service probably ends up being done to your car. BEWARE! INCOMPETENT Dealership and NO Customer appreciation! More
