When I came in to purchase he was readily available, kind, and cared about finding something within my budget. The college grad program is a great deal! I also got service done recently with Sergiu, he was AMAZING! I had been in twice before for oil change & his service was above and beyond. I pulled up & without any awkwardness he offered me what I needed for my car, again without making me feel pressured to purchase. He told me what was important & gave me a list of things to keep in mind for future visits. Overall he gave me a wait time that was ACCURATE! He didn't make me feel like I was an idiot, he explained everything in layman's terms. Awesome job!! More

They were very professional with their customer service while adding a little humor. My husband was able to bring the car home to Silver Spring Md, on a Thursday to test drive. When we returned Saturday morning to complete the paper work was hassle and stress free. My husband"s current cell would not completely compatible with the wireless system in the car, he needed to upgrade to a iphone. The dealership paid for half the cost of a new phone. We are very satisfied customers! More

The service tech determined dust and dirt were causing the problem and gave me the cost to fix. I thought the cost was excessive. I also thought the cost to check for the issue was not fair as the tires had been pulled for rotation earlier during an oil change and rotation. He was very accommodating in waiving the fee and gave me a solution to remedy the squeaking. He made my visit great. Thank you Allen. More

Excellent Service and Experience I'm an all business sort of person. I know what I want and I check all the options and prices so I am well informed long before I go into the dealer. I found the exact car that I wanted at Younger and the internet price was the best I'd seen in a 50 mile radius. I initially made contact with the dealer via their online email form. They emailed me back almost immediately. I called the dealership to make an appointment and I informed them I had a trade in. I'd already received an offer for what I considered a fair price on my trade in and I mentioned this on the phone. The manager, Gene Hickman, didn't even ask me for the dollar figure he simply stated that they'd be happy to meet it. I made my way to the dealer, test drove the car, and had a no haggle experience with the purchase. I drove my brand new Altima home that night and I'm absolutely loving it! The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make this purchasing experience a pleasant one. I certainly would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Younger. More
