The salesman showed me what seemed to be every truck on their lot, including many that I had absolutely no interest in. I left that dealership very confused about pricing, and did not really like the vehicle that I test drove. When I spoke with John Grimes at Younger NIssan, he actively listened as I told him what I was looking for. He went over the different options packages for the truck I was interested in inside the dealership, and when I said I wnated to test drive a particlur truck on the lot, he got the keys. He did not show me vehicles that I didn't want to see, but focused on the details of the truck I was interested in. After a test drive and discussing the pricing of that Nisson Frontier , I realized that it was a much better deal than the competitor's similar vehicle with similar options. I really enjoyed test driving the Nisson Frontier and had hardly any problem transitioning from my 14 year old truck! The dashboard is well designed and everything is well placed and easy to locate aqnd understand. I bought the truck that day. John worked with my schedule to make sure I drove the truck home that day, even though I had an appointment scheduled and had to rush out without completing all the details. I love my new truck! Overall, the people at Younger NIsson made this a painless experience for me! More

He is the father of one of my coworkers, which is how I met him; after the last dealership I tried to buy a car from sold it out from under me after I put in a deposit, she gave me his number and recommended that I talk to him. He gave me a good deal on the car I wanted, taking it down to a flat $6000, all-inclusive...outside my initial price range, but workable. Initially, it was supposed to be that I was going to give them $5000 up-front and then pay off the rest via a promisary note, meaning I'd have 30 days to pay off the rest interest-free. The next day, when I went to pick up the car, the managers tried to tell me that no, rather than having a month, I'd have till the end of this month. Ten minutes later, they said that actually, they would need me to write a check for the last $1000 and no, they wouldn't be able to bend on that, because there were other buyers interested who were willing to pay the full asking price up-front. The GM even said, "It's nothing personal; it's just business." I didn't say, "the rallying cry of the mafia!" but I was thinking it loudly. I've never dealt in paper checks; what's the point, when I have a debit card? Eventually, Mr. Curry wrote me a check for the last $1000 himself, giving me a handshake deal that I could owe him, paying him what I could afford, when I could afford it, rather than having to stick to a set payment schedule. If you go to this dealer, ask for Chris Curry and tell him you want no xxxxxxxx from management. The man is a saint who genuinely puts the customer's needs first. More

After several phone calls and an in person consult with the service manager our car was sent home with no repair being done. Once we got it home and did some research on our own, we added some brake fluid and remedied the situation ourselves. Really glad we fixed the problem but feel like the service department should have been able to take care of this right away. I am a little disappointed that Frederick Nissan does not seem to want to stand behind their sales. I sure hope this is not the case. In addition, the condition of our car when we got it back was terrible. We had some paint work done. There was overspray all over the back windshield and all over the back seat and inside of the back door. What happened to cleaning and washing the cars after service? What happened to real customer service? More
