POOR PERFORMANCE FROM SALESMAN UP..... This has been thee WORST EXPRIENCE IN MY LIFE when it comes to buying a vehicle. The ordeal made me go back to a previous dealership that took care of This has been thee WORST EXPRIENCE IN MY LIFE when it comes to buying a vehicle. The ordeal made me go back to a previous dealership that took care of me. When you try to give return business even when they change hands you would think that the customer would be treated like they mattered. Apparently not so. What took from the end of June til yesterday, and the involvement of Nissan's Consumer Affairs Division showed total lack of awareness to the customer's needs. I would think the company was trying to make a sale. The previous dealership took the time to ask what happened and why your dealership did nothing to help save a sale as well as make me the customer the primary goal. I will say is this, if in the future when a customer has a problem and you know what the problem is....don't make the customer do all the leg work to which technically is your job in the first place. if that is the case then why would the customer need a sales rep if they are going to do all the work. I really hope that Louis and Nick get it together. No one ever made effort to contact me on a regular basis or kept me updated about ANYTHING in reference to the vehicle. I will say that I learned a lot from this unfortunate experience. I definitely won't be sending anyone to this dealership to buy a car and I know quite a few people in the DMV as well as Pennsylvania that constantly are looking to change vehicles. Consider that next time you make the customer a non priority! More

Very knowledgeable and friendly dealer I was looking for a new compact SUV for my wife, so I stopped by Younger Nissan to check out the 2015 Rogue. I had a lot of questions about the vehicl I was looking for a new compact SUV for my wife, so I stopped by Younger Nissan to check out the 2015 Rogue. I had a lot of questions about the vehicle, and my salesman Louis Weaver was able to answer all of them promptly. He did an excellent job of pointing out all of the Rogue's features, options, etc., and I ended up buying it after looking at a few competitor models. The purchasing process was a breeze, and everyone that I interacted with was professional and courteous. I won't hesitate to buy my next Nissan from Younger. More

I just recently traded my Murano in for a new 2015. The staff was very helpful - in that they got me into my new vehicle and my payments only increased by $20.00 per month. When our vehicles were serviced by this dealership we were always told the estimated cost up front and were also given a call prior to work being performed. we have never been hit with hidden charges of any kind and the work performed was excellent. the dealership is very clean, airy and roomy. The service service bays also seem very clean. In all - we just like this dealership and will continue to buy from them in the future. More
