Outstanding Customer Service-Quresh Recently I purchased 2016 Nissan Sentra SV. I have been a customer of Younger Nissan of Frederick, MD for a long time, hence, I did not look elsewher Recently I purchased 2016 Nissan Sentra SV. I have been a customer of Younger Nissan of Frederick, MD for a long time, hence, I did not look elsewhere. I met David Fultz and Philip Sizemore at the dealership. I worked with David Fultz and he was instrumental in assisting me. Upon delivery, issues were discovered with the car. David Fultz and Philip Sizemore took ownership of the issue and assured me that they will do everything to rectify the situation. I was given another 2016 Nissan Sentra SV and during the process David Fultz again provided unprecedented customer service. During the whole process, Steve Farley was also engaged. Steve’s goal was to provide me with outstanding customer service. Doug Rice from the service department also provided outstanding customer service. I had mentioned to Doug that I was looking for a car, and needed assistance. He assured me that he would do everything to provide me with the assistance I needed. Great service and friendly helpful staff Went in with my 2006 Nissan Frontier which had brake problems. I knew it wasn't good because I could smell the brakes on the left front. Sergiu came back later with the problem diagnosed and I weighed the pros and cons of trading the vehicle in for a newer model. Kim Jefferson helped me to make that decision with good sound advice. I drove home in a 2014 Nissan Frontier and no longer worry about what will go wrong with my vehicle next. More
