The reason for my trip to the dealership was to sell my old truck with the Instant Cash Offer I received from KBB, which then ended up turning into a trade in. Evan first greeted me as I pulled up to the dealership, and introduced himself. He then went on to get the process rolling with evaluation of my truck for the sale. However, while waiting he started showing me other trucks available on the lot, and mentioned that Nissan had introduced a diesel model truck in their line up. We ended up checking out the truck and it had every feature we were looking for at a price that we could afford. The help we receive from both Evan and Philip was top notch. More

Very Professional My family and I had a issue with the representative we were working with, so I walked up to Ken to address my concern. Ken immediately apologized for the situation and made sure my family and I were taken care off. He was kind, down to earth and made sure I found the right vehicle to accommodate me. Abby was the representative Ken reassigned us to. It was a match made in heaven. Abby was accommodating, resourceful and very informative. He made sure I knew the appropriate functions of the car and even went out of his way to get a usb cord for me. He followed up with me and made me feel appreciated for choosing their dealership. Now Rico came out of no where. He was the first person we encountered at the dealership, every time I was there, he would pop out of no where to save the day. Whether it was answering a question for me, filling my car with gas as Abby assisted another customer, or going out of his way to direct me to the service center. These three gentleman make up the definition of good customer service. I truly appreciate their help. You guys rock! More
Service Keeps Getting Worse Just got back from having my Altima serviced here. I went in for an oil change and to fix two recalls issues. Every time I go into Younger Nissan, I feel their main goal is to separate as much money as possible from me. This is actually the third car I've bought from this dealership (and it used to go by Frederick Nissan). I really like the Nissan product, but I'm growing really tired of the poor service at this dealership (which is the only close option for me). Anyway, even though I'm a three-time purchaser who has had EVERY SINGLE SERVICE on my vehicles done at this dealership, it's like a shell game every time I go in there. In addition to the general rudeness of the employees I had to deal with today, I also had to ask for the $14.95 oil change price that they advertise with a giant banner hanging on the side of the business -- and when I did, the service guy rolled his eyes. (He had charged me $35.) My hopes of getting in and out quickly and cheaply were dashed when they told me that I needed two different kinds of air filters and new tires. On the recommended services print-out given to me, it read "buy three tires and get the 4th for a penny" but the service guy said that deal was no longer going on. Again: It was on the sheet of paper he handed to me. I always feel like I'm getting conned when I go in here. I really like Nissan vehicles but this dealership is changing my mind about that. I'd avoid this place at all costs (and there will be costs) and try somewhere else. More
