Also what to thank the tech that worked on my car a finding the problem with my front lower control arms that carmax insisted on saying nothing was wrong with them when there was. Eric Slate is an Excellent Salesman and the dealership is equally good. I drove 4 hours to pick up my 2024 Titan XD and I am happy I did. Corey & Ed saved the day after we drove three hours to a nearby dealership only to find the car to have SEVERE body damage that wasn't disclosed. We made a last minute decision to swing through their Nissan nearby dealership only to find the car to have SEVERE body damage that wasn't disclosed. We made a last minute decision to swing through their Nissan lot and to our surprise found a car similar to what we were already planning to purchase but newer and with better mileage. It was 7PM and Corey W. never hesitated or seemed bothered to help us. The car was listed $2,000+ above our budget but they were able to quickly negotiate with us, reduce the price of the car significantly, and we were out of there by 845PM. They took a very aggravating situation and turned it around completely and we were able to drive home in the car that we really preferred over the other. 10/10 for their team. More
