Long Version: I went in looking for an Atlas, the one I wanted wasn't available so we went with a different one, I wanted to trade in my truck for the Atlas. We couldn't agree on the numbers, which is fine, if it can't be done then it can't be done. Multiple managers came in and told me they couldn't give me what I was asking for, again and again. I finally told them that I would have to sleep on it and left. Seyner called me the next day and said that they would give me what I was asking for, asked me to run a credit application and said we were approved. I went into the Dealer in the afternoon, started to fill out paperwork and asked D about the Atlas' broken windshield, He said I would get a call the next day to schedule the replacement. Long story short, it took 3 weeks and me constantly asking him to finally get it scheduled. We moved on to financing, from the beginning we told Colt and Seyner that we didn't want ANY kind of warranty, GAP etc. Well, I had to tell Colt at least 5 times that I didn't want it, he kept telling me how frustrated I was making him for not wanting to buy the GAP coverage. I told him NO repeatedly and kept insisting that I have to buy it. Along the way I was also charged taxes three different times, for three different amounts but I caught it each time, due to the loan I had on my truck I should be paying $0 in taxes, every time I caught it they just laughed it off and said “good catch”. A day or two later I asked D about the crossbars I had seen on my Atlas and were gone once we took it home, he said he would look into and gets back to me a bit later saying that the old owner came back and took them the day after he showed us the car. Really? The car has been on the lot for about 100 days and the owner decides to go back after the day we looked at it? Like I said D is a liar. The day to replace my windshield finally comes, I drop off the car in the morning and service department lets me know that it is done around 4PM, they let me know that they may be close by the time I get there so they will leave the keys with the sales team. I arrive around 6PM, it is dark, snowing and freezing cold outside. D finds the keys, gives me the keys and says have a good one. I asked him where the car is and he says that the service department didn't tell him, it should be somewhere out there. So he has me looking for my car in their very dark lot, while it's snowing and freezing outside and I have my two kids with me. The car ended up being on the furthest side of the Audi Service area. Like I said, D doesn't care about his customers. Throughout this whole time I'm still going back and forth with finance as the bank keeps asking for more documents, according to Seyner the banks are just being really slow right now, they refuse to pay off my truck without getting funded for my new car. I showed Seyner a Utah law that says they have 21 days to pay off my trade in and he said it's not a real law. Although it's pretty straightforward: Utha Code 41-3-402.
