The service was very good. I was waited on promptly and all concerns were captured so they could be addressed with the technician. Five reasons why this is one of the better dealers I have visited: 1. Simple pricing that doesn’t require haggling. They sold me the CX-5 I wanted at the sticker price and offered me $1500 over the highest trade offer from other dealers. This happened at a time when others were adding thousands to the sticker price because of Covid-19 and the chip shortage. I saw no need to negotiate further. There were none of the numerical shell games that other dealers sometimes try to spring on unwary customers. 2. No dealer fees beyond normal tax, title and registration fees. Many dealers in New Jersey advertise good prices, but then tack on “fees,” which are sometimes outlandish. Don’t buy in Jersey! Buy in PA where these fees are outlawed. 3. Quick work! No waiting for 30 or 45 minutes for the sales manager to come up with a price. 4. No pressure. Several extended warranties were offered but with no pressure. 5. Openness about low inventory, at least when I arrived at the dealer. Don’t expect to find many of the vehicles on their webpage on their lot. (Perhaps they should update their webpage to be clear about the fact that many of the vehicles there aren’t in stock. The vehicles they had on the webpage were useful for informational purposes, but unavailable.) However, they let me know of a vehicle that was arriving in a few days that suited my purpose. I gave them a deposit and waited three days for it. If looking for a specific vehicle, it is probably best to call before going to the dealer, even if you see it online. They will let you know but phone what is available and when. More
Service was all fine. Couldn't hear what either service managers were saying. One wouldn't speak up, and the other was muffled by his mask. Fast, dependable, courteous service.. Only dissatisfaction is the response I received relative to a defective Yokohama tire which failed on a trip to upstate NY. Tires are new. Had to buy another tire in Pulaski, NY. Due to other passengers and my car loaded with gear, there was no room to transport the tire back home. Svc manager at Youngs decided that without the defect tire, there was nothing he could do. A different tire brand, a receipt for the replacement tire wasn't good enough to provide some compensation. While my service provided by counter and shop emoyees is always great, I left very disappointed on the response relative to this issue. The svc manager didn't even meet to discuss. I doubt I'll purchase any tires from Youngs in the future..... More

We've been customers with Young Mazda for 6 years. We are in our 60's so it's safe to say we've been to MANY other car dealers in our time, but we won't be leaving Young's! They are wonderful people, ho are in our 60's so it's safe to say we've been to MANY other car dealers in our time, but we won't be leaving Young's! They are wonderful people, honest and thorough with everything they need to talk to you about. You can count on them!!!!! More
