Overall I was very pleased - the specific model/color I wanted was not available but was ordered for me. The only thing that was confusing was too many options were available for financing and additional w wanted was not available but was ordered for me. The only thing that was confusing was too many options were available for financing and additional warranties were not fully explained - overview was too general not giving me the detailed picture of what was offered by these warranties. I think the one I got is one that isn't necessary therefore a waste of money every month. More
Mr. Forney was an excellent sales person who tailored his sales approach to my upfront military attitude. He was efficient at his job and the administration of the required forms. Pat Forney did an excellent job. When we first spoke on the phone he made me feel confident that they would beat the price I received from Scott Mazda. My only problem was that this car was a gift for my son that was graduating and I wanted to pick up the car on May 6 and put it in his name directly. They told me because of their month end incentives that I would have to do the paperwork prior to that and put it in my name. This is the one thing that they were unable to fulfill, but I believe Pat Forney was not able to change that decision. He did all that he could to give us special treatment, such as offering us drinks while we were waiting. His boss even through in the bow for our car. My son is thrilled and is enjoying the car. Thank you for giving us special treatment. Believe me that really does win the customer. More
The customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and willing to work with us to meet our needs! The employees were easy to talk to and made the car buying process (which can be uncomfortab friendly and willing to work with us to meet our needs! I have bought many vehicles and have had good and very bad experiences. From the minute I walked into Young Mazda it was a very relaxing atmosphere and NO PRESSURE AT ALL. Althought I don't remember the name of the auto shop person who called me, he did a very thorough job of explaining the work my car needed and why. He also gave me a good estimate of how much everythin person who called me, he did a very thorough job of explaining the work my car needed and why. I have been happy taking my Mazda for service here vs taking it to Scott where I purchased it, they fix problems quickly and accurately. I will definitely be looking to purchase my next new vehicle at Young. More

The team at Young's is FANTASTIC! I have taken both of my Dodge vehicles there and am extremely happy with the service and attention provided to me. I have a Dodge Intrepid with ~175K miles on it and it my Dodge vehicles there and am extremely happy with the service and attention provided to me. I have a Dodge Intrepid with ~175K miles on it and it looks like NEW! Runs great and people can't believe the mileage on it. I was so impressed with the service that I ended up buying a DODGE Durango there. My service advisor Randy Moyer is phenomenal ... I can always depend on him for ensuring that both my vehicles are in great shape and running well. Again, the service department is just awesome and the the people are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have been to other dealerships in the area and have did not receive the same level of service. Again, both my Dodge vehicles are serviced here and when I am ready for a new car -- this is the palce I'll be shopping at. More
My experience at my visit to Youngs this time when I got there was awesome , I had talked to Pat on the phone and we discussed the car I liked and he had it ready for me. We took it for a test ride , then sat down to discuss options to suit me, at first this wasnt what I had expected or what i was promised by the phone call I recieved from another saleman , but Pat helped me to get where I felt was benefitting me , he made me feel like a person instead of a sale The rest of the time was great also Pat made my experience with youngs very pleasant better then the time before , when i purchased my other car .thank you More
Brad in Service was great; communicative and proactive; he recommended I wait to have a wheel refinished and dry and wait to have new tires balanced versus hurrying me out of the shop. One thought: Doing more than expected will improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Maybe at certain thresholds of bills the dealership should wash and vac the car without declaring it...I brought my Miata in for a routine 25k service. It needed an inspection, tires failed...$700 later maybe a clean car would have be surprisingly cool? thx, Mark More
