Excellent time turn around, hardly any wait time. I had my headlight assembly replaced. Even though the wrong headlight assembly was replaced, Bob explained the correct part will be ordered and replaced a my headlight assembly replaced. Up to 2004 your dealership provided excellent service for my VW, but our relationship ended when I purchased a different model vehicle. I visited your dealership on 5/14/11 as part of my search for a replace my VW, but our relationship ended when I purchased a different model vehicle. I visited your dealership on 5/14/11 as part of my search for a replacement for my motorcycles. An August 2010 accident ended my 4 decades of motorcycle riding and I was looking for a suitable vehicle replacement. My search took me to Audi, Mini Cooper, Ford Mustang, and BMW. I had decided on the Mini when I stopped at your dealership at the end of a day of test drives. I met Chris Dyer, who’s concern for my situation (still medically restricted) and understanding of my intent help develop an instant rapport. We test drove a Miata Sport and a RX8. The Miata intrigued me but the Mini was still my favorite. My time was limited, so Chris invited me back on Monday for test drive of a Miata Touring model. Monday’s test drive had me in a conundrum: I was impressed with the Mini but the Miata was exceptional. I advised Chris I would bring my wife back at 7pm to check the comfort of the seats (wife has medical issues and is working two jobs). Chris and Steve recognized the work demands on my wife and provide the Miata Touring to me for the afternoon. This enabled me to have my wife test drive the car between her TWO jobs. Her enthusiasm reinforced my evaluation of the car. The last obstacle to the purchase was the trade-in of my two motorcycles. My broken shoulder prevented me from driving the bikes to the dealership for an appraisal. So, your teams came to my home, took pictures and obtain a trade in price for me. THIS ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCEEDED THE SUPPORT PROVIDED BY A MERCEDES BENZE/AUDI AND BMW DEALERSHIP THAT HAVE SOLD US SEVERAL CARS IN THE PAST AND HAVE A LONG STANDING RELATIONSHIP WITH ME AND MY WIFE. By Thursday of the week both my wife and I decided that we could not purchase a vehicle anywhere else except at your dealership, based on the attention to our needs you exhibited. So, on Friday, 5/20/2011, we purchased the Miata and you sent staff to my home to drive the motorcycles to your dealership. I love the Miata; it is an appropriate substitute for the Harley. My wife and I now ride with my son & his wife (they ride Harleys). And, my Miata’s name is: Harley. Chris Dyer has become a friend and I’ll be visiting him and Steve at the dealership. You should be proud of such an exceptional team. They are truly ‘customer focused’. More

Have purchased and / or have had four vehicles - 2 MAZDA MX-5s, a DODGE Ram, and a MAZDAspeed Protege - serviced at Young's facility in Easton - both at their old faciltiy and at their newer one. I have n MX-5s, a DODGE Ram, and a MAZDAspeed Protege - serviced at Young's facility in Easton - both at their old faciltiy and at their newer one. I have never been disappointed; Staff is friendly and knowledgable, prices are reasonable (especially with Internet Coupons), and vehicles have always been returned to me in a reasonable amount of time. I have recommended their dealership to a many friends and family and will most likely return to them in the future when I am in need of or in want of another car or truck. If I have one critisism it would be that I wish they still offered a courtesy loaner vehicle for extended service and so forth, but I do understand the legality and insurance required therein. More

All services were preformed on time (I waited) and as scheduled. I live only 4 miles from my closest Mazda dealer (Scott) and I chose Young as I had a good experience there with the body shop repair of scheduled. This was my 1st service here. Technically Bob and Brad were excellent. My ONLY criticism is that they were a somewhat lacking in socialization. No smiles, no greetings... hello or good bye, no small talk, no joking, basically short on personality. Although they did answer all my questions and were pleasant. I will return for additional service... the next will be 30K. More
