I bought a 2005 Gti new from Young and my wife has a 2004 Mazda 3 and my son a '97 Miata and we've had many occasions for service and repair including extensive body work on the Mazda 3. The quality of both Mazda 3 and my son a '97 Miata and we've had many occasions for service and repair including extensive body work on the Mazda 3. The quality of both customer service and the work has been exemplary in all cases. The cost always is a problem for us because we're always short of funds; but not unreasonable. We always receive a detailed explanation of what needs to be done and any questions have been answered. Most times the work is completed in a day and we're contacted with progress updates. And most times we've needed work on an emergency basis and haven't been able to make appointments and still the cars have been ready the same day or next at latest. We haven't needed to return for anything that wasn't done correctly. We're always advised if anything is found to be a problem beyond what the car was in for. More
I bought my Mazda CX-9 Grand Touring from this dealership and would NEVER buy anything again from these guys. They are bunch of LIERS, everythng they tell you in the sales process, they will deny it later, and would NEVER buy anything again from these guys. I called Mazda Corporate and complained, but they are not much better. I will NEVER buy another Mazda!!!!! More

All my friends told me I'd have to haggle, which is not one of my strengths. So I told Ralph how much I could spend, and we worked around that. I did not feel that I was being taken advantage of, even though that would have been pretty easy to do. I just think that Ralph Colon is an honorable person. That really made all the difference, as I'd seen the same car at another dealership, and could have gone there to buy it. It was Ralph's integrity that brought me back to Young's, even when I decided not to buy a Volkswaagen (which was the reason I went there in the first place) and to buy a Mazda instead. 5.This may sound wacky, but the main reason I am so happy with my purchase is how good your people made me feel. I was buying a car because I had been in a serious car accident and my car had been totalled. I was injured and hurting, and afraid to drive. It was not the time I would have chosen to buy a car. The kindness and honesty of your people, Ralph Colon and Dylan, helped me to stop feeling so fearful and become willing to get on with my life. I've never had that experience with a salesman before, and certainly not with a financial guy. But my experience at Young's actually made me feel better --not just about driving again, but about life in general, and also about the goodness of (some) human beings. I view my car purchase as the major step in my road to recovery. More
The peoplthat work at the dealership know the pruducts and work as hard as they have to to make a deal. They are nice and listen to your needs and do what they have to to make a deal. We had a great experience purchasing our new Mazda. Our salesperson Chris was great. He was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic when selling us our vehicle. I have a 2009 Mazda 6 that was involved in a recall. When I called to make the appointment, I was told parts needed to be ordered and I would be notified when the parts had arrived so an appointment cou When I called to make the appointment, I was told parts needed to be ordered and I would be notified when the parts had arrived so an appointment could be scheduled. I waited over two months with no call from the dealership. I then called and was told that the parts were indeed available and I was able to schedule my appointment. When I asked why I was not notified, I was told by the service writer Bob that he did not really know why I was not notified but he implied that the parts department was to blame. This made for a bad initial experience with your service and parts departments. More
