Scheduling the service appointment over the phone was very easy. I received an email confirmation latter in the day. When I arrived all of the paperwork was ready. My salesman, Pete, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest and provided excellent customer service. My experience with Young was fantastic up until Greg Young started screaming and cursi knowledgeable, honest and provided excellent customer service. My experience with Young was fantastic up until Greg Young started screaming and cursing like a lunatic at one of his salesman in front of customers. It was the most unprofessional and uncomfortable experience I've had at a professional place. It was disgusting to see another human being, let along namesake to the company, behave in such a way. I'm embarrassed for him and his family. Ill never due business with Young again because of this. I don't care how bad of a day you have there's no excuse to treat your employees like that, especially in front of customers. More

If I hadn't checked why my car sounded worse AFTER the service than before, I wouldn't have found the loose lugnuts on a rear wheel (so loose, I had to tighten them with my hands midway back to the de the service than before, I wouldn't have found the loose lugnuts on a rear wheel (so loose, I had to tighten them with my hands midway back to the dealer). Tuesday 19 april I had trouble with my car on the way from work stopped in to the servie dept talked to to Randy Moyer he had the vehicle looked at ,it needed parts that had to be ordered so i left the from work stopped in to the servie dept talked to to Randy Moyer he had the vehicle looked at ,it needed parts that had to be ordered so i left the vehicle ,he looked for a ride for me to get home , and he called me on thursday afternoon and said vehicle was ready that's what i call service.
