I brought my vehicle up for regular service, I waited a little over an hour which I think is a fantastic turnaround time. Everything that was done & what needed to be done in the future was explained to little over an hour which I think is a fantastic turnaround time. Everything that was done & what needed to be done in the future was explained to me before check out by very courteous rep. It was a good overall experience. Only negative was that I was really really cold sitting in the waiting room and had to keep my jacket & scarf on and I also had trouble connecting to the wifi. I am also not appreciating having to create a dealerrater user account to log in to, to submit this questionnaire. More
It was very good from the time I drove into the dealership. I do feel that the air and pollen filter that was replaced was over priced. 66.00 for labor on these two items was a lot of money! dealership. I started my car buying quest looking for a Ford Fusion. I won't get into why I decided on the 6 over the Fusion, but I will say that my experience at Ford dealers did have something to do with why I didn't I won't get into why I decided on the 6 over the Fusion, but I will say that my experience at Ford dealers did have something to do with why I didn't buy the Ford. I wasted a week negotiating and having them play games with me, whereas the deal with the Mazda dealer got done in 3 hours total. I inquired via the internet to see if they actually had a Mazda6 they showed in stock on the lot. A few other dealers showed them in inventory, but they were still in production. Next day, Cossie called me back and invited me down to take a look at it, as they did have it in stock. I took my lunch break & headed right down. Cossie took me out, showed me the car, and we went on a test drive. I was hooked. We came inside, they appraised my trade (right between KBB Good & Very Good I might add) and then gave me payment options. I changed the term and down payment, and they came back with a monthly that was right where I wanted to be. I'd already done the math on payments from my Ford experience, so I knew what range they should be in, and they were right on. We shook hands, filled out the credit app, and agreed to a delivery the next day. Cossie was great to deal with and did everything quickly and efficiently. Next day, I show up at the agreed time, and the car is out there all shiny and ready to go. I walk in, we go over the delivery paperwork with Cossie, I go back to Andy in finance to sign all the final papers and then Cossie comes in and hands me my keys. Even the finance experience was painless. Andy went over all the options available for extra warranty and service, but was never pushy. He did highly recommend gap insurance, as I did roll in negative equity from my trade, and gave me a great deal on it. I walked out to the lot where my plate was already switched to the new car, Cossie helped me switch over my personal items from the old to the new car, and I was on my way. This really was a great and painless experience, especially compared to the weeklong nightmare I just went through with a nearby Ford dealer (it wasn't the guys across the street, just FYI). As I was leaving Young Mazda after having made a quick & easy deal, the Ford dealer finally called and said they'd get me where I wanted to be, but they were too late - I had a great deal, and what I consider to be a better car! Many thanks to Cossie, Andy and the entire team at Young Mazda. I'll definitely do business there again in the future. More
Service was great! Very reasonable price.. I brought the car in for an oil change. Young's check all the systems of the car and gave me a written report, showing everything was in good working order. Car wa car in for an oil change. Young's check all the systems of the car and gave me a written report, showing everything was in good working order. Car was ready sooner than I thought it would be. All the staff were very friendly. Brad was very knowledgeable about the service requirements of my RX-8. I would not hesitate to return to Young's for service in the future. More

Tire Valve broke off my 2008 Mazda 3 tire. Since the valve contains a sensor, the cost for the replacement valve I thought was excessive. The cost of the valve sensor $118.00 and labor for a fifteen valve contains a sensor, the cost for the replacement valve I thought was excessive. The cost of the valve sensor $118.00 and labor for a fifteen minute job was $24.95 plus tax $$8.60 = Total $151.89. The initial price for the valve was excessive but to add the labor cost was shocking to me. As a new customer, I'm not sure if I purchased the wrong car or went to the wrong dealer.
