I have been buying cars, and having all the service done, at this dealership since 1990. They have always treated me well. Recently, the top on my Miata needed replacement. I thought it would be fun to do th at this dealership since 1990. They have always treated me well. Recently, the top on my Miata needed replacement. I thought it would be fun to do the work myself. The work turned out to be considerably beyond my skills, and I built my own house and airplane! Halfway through the job I decided to stop and ask for help at Young's. They took in the job, and even though it took a few days, they completed it! I know how hard it is to do work on something you did not take apart. I cannot praise them enough for expertly finishing what I started. Thank you to the crew at Young's! More

Service appointment was made at my convenience. My car was taken at the time scheduled. Work was completed quickly and recall issues were checked. It was great service from a great dealership! AVOID!! Got the runaround for 3 hours by Andrew. He promised “it won’t be like your other dealer experiences “. F-. It was worse! Dude, we gave you the answers!! Then the short manager stepped in AFTE promised “it won’t be like your other dealer experiences “. F-. It was worse! Dude, we gave you the answers!! Then the short manager stepped in AFTER they kept our keys and registration! Why!??? The manager SEVERELY dropped ball and should be fired! I told you Andrew, don’t waste our time! SO WE WENT TO SCOTT MAZDA, gave them the same SAME NUMBERS AND THEY ACCEPTED!!! New Mazda in garage with heated seats and sunroof. $27,500 and $1500 on trade with back cover. Thank you William!!! Stay away from YOUNG!!! More
