My son found a used car on their lot and we wanted to go back and get it the same night. Nice 2017 Mazda 3i. We called in advance and Bill at the dealer advised us not to come because he wouldn't have time back and get it the same night. Nice 2017 Mazda 3i. We went anyway because this was the only chance I would have to test drive the car. True to his word, Bill had no time for us and passed us off to a very nice young man who took care of us. However, we could not close the sale that night because there was no one in the business office to process the paperwork (??) and had to come back. Went back the next day & got the car. Exactly 11 days later, the transmission failed. Completely. My son left stranded in Allentown. We had it towed back to them. We just got it back three days ago with the new transmission in it (luckily it was covered under the Mazda certified preowned warranty). So today the battery failed. Had to replace that. Clearly they had not checked this car out. Appears they sold us a lemon. Would never go back. More
