On two occasions Young Morgan has confirmed that a vehicle listed online was on their lot and available for purchase. To repeat myself - I called and was told the vehicle was PHYSICALLY on their lot. vehicle listed online was on their lot and available for purchase. To repeat myself - I called and was told the vehicle was PHYSICALLY on their lot. Both times I drove up, over 60 miles one-way to find that the vehicle was "transferred to another lot" or "already sold." Both times the salesperson knew I was leaving immediately to drive up. After telling me the vehicle was gone (60 minutes after calling), they were way too happy to tell me, "We can help you find another vehicle you'll be happy with". I get the feeling this is a predatory practice used regularly to lure customers to their location, which is far away from everything and get them to buy a different car. I've wasted 5 hours of driving and two tanks of gas on this dealership that is all too willing to bait-and-switch their customers into cars they really aren't interested in. This dealership is unprofessional and lacks even fundamental customer service - I would not recommend them to anyone. More
Had no appointment. But Liz got me in no problem. Oil change, tire rotation with a full inspection was done quick. The tech Stephen was thorough with everything. I feel But Liz got me in no problem. Got to talk to two of the sales guys even Justin and Elliot. Both super welcoming. Offered me a free drink while I waited for my oil change to be done. This may be out of the way for you but this is a must go dealership for everything. Thanks young dodge. More
