We purchased a 2022 jeep compass the brand is amazing but we got blessed with a problem child our carpet kit had to replaced as well as the radio was glitching out. In the process our interior of our jeep was left with deep scratches about 12 inches long. As well as the radio still glitches. Our carpet kit has pulled out again. When I called Tom the manger he stated I was being a picky little xxxxx. I have seen Rachel there and emails with pictures have been sent to Tom. It's been three weeks now and he still hasn't reached out to me . As well as they make it seem getting a loaner car again is too much to ask More
Worst dealer EVER! ! We bought a Ram 3500 and after a million hidden fees and overages we got nothing but the run around. The truck had an active SAFETY recall which the ! They said it was a sensor and we could bring it in “the next day to get fixed”. WRONG! It was the high pressure injector pump which RAM did not even have a fix for at that time. We contacted them at length and NEVER got any return calls. We ended up getting on the wait list at Doug Smith since we know Young’s service department is inept! We got charged for a two year subscription to LoJack…and the truck doesn’t even have a LoJack device. Once again NO ONE will call us back, we are still calling daily only to get sent to voicemail. And finally after sitting down with the finance manager after we purchased the truck we got them to cancel $8,000 in random fees and mark-ups…however the money has still not been credited to our loan after 6 weeks. And of course no one will answer our call to tell us if this is even being processed (although they promised they would). The salesperson will tell you ANYTHING to get you out the door only to screw you in every way possible with little to no recourse. Please make the drive elsewhere and save yourself a lot of anger, money and frustration, by NOT buying from this HORRIBLE dealer. I would rather take public transportation than buy another vehicle from Young Dodge, Ram, Jeep Screw You Dealership!! More

This dealership is driven by profit even if it’s at the cost of its customers. Their vehicles are priced above Blue book and they low ball for trades to maximize profit. My trade was almost 14000 on Kelly cost of its customers. Their vehicles are priced above Blue book and they low ball for trades to maximize profit. My trade was almost 14000 on Kelly blue book and 13000 on Nada. After agreeing to a price on a truck and trade they changed the numbers the following day when I asked to see the final numbers and prices in writing. The numbers I got Back was my trade at 7000, fees that equaled 8000 dollars. After breaking down their attempt to “hide” all this in a confusing breakdown and my 36000 down payment their out the door number was more then 30000 on a 67000 vehicle! What a joke and dishonest business. They are short handed on sales reps and I’m starting to think it’s because they are thee epitome of untrustworthy, deceitful, “used car salesman” and the salesman that directly work with the customers, watch while their higher ups take a 8-10 thousand dollar fair deal into a 16 thousand dollar deal by lies and deceptions. Do Yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Just because you can make more money doesn’t make it right, just or fair. There are other factors that should drive a company, Trust, ethics, honesty and service. None that were shown with this “great deal”, they were giving me. More
