The customer service is a joke. You call and it goes to voicemail and you never get an answer. You show up and they give you the run around. First of all, they sold me the service loaner dented and dirty. That was not the same car I test drove and when I asked about it the literally play head games with you to make you think your crazy and they dirty. That was not the same car I test drove and when I asked about it the literally play head games with you to make you think your crazy and they are the liars. Had the car 1 month and already sitting in service department for days because of the issues it's already having. I told them Capital One approved me for a loan so they went and dinged my credit several times and told me that the car I bought is the only one I can get approved for.The people that answer the phone are rude. They are selling used cars at new car prices ripping people off. DO NOT SHOP HERE! More
If I could give this "mouse house" a ZERO, I would. Clearly the management staff doesn't fear their jobs because it shows through their employees actions. They clearly don't want new business because t Clearly the management staff doesn't fear their jobs because it shows through their employees actions. They clearly don't want new business because this was the worst non-buying experience I've had. Ownership should fire the GM, GSM, Desk Managers and all of the sales staff. Phone calls lead to dead voice mail boxes. Some emails returned with ONE word answers, others no response at all and the GM & GSM are impossible to reach. More
Sad to say that ever since Young Chevrolet changed ownership, good customer service has continued to decline. Experienced it again and for my last time the other day. I've bought my last 5 Chevy's f ownership, good customer service has continued to decline. Experienced it again and for my last time the other day. I've bought my last 5 Chevy's from this location and referred countless amounts of friends, including family members to shop at this location. Recently, my son, was looking to purchase his second vehicle at this location, which happened to be a used vehicle. Not only did the female sales rep jack up the price 5k after price was already discussed, but the second sales rep from the new vehicles department (Xavier Perez), insulted and attempted to belittle my family and I. After advising Xavier that interest rate (18%) used in estimating vehicle purchase was ridiculous, he more or less stated my son should have taken better care of his credit. I understand credit history is a major factor in obtaining a good interest rate for purchasing a vehicle, but he should have known better than to insult a young person's credit history. After exchanging a few words about too high of an interest to continue with purchasing the vehicle, I decided to walk out of the dealership along with my family. As we were walking out, I told my son to ask for the copies they made of his driver's license just to be on the safe side and to make sure they didn't end up in the wrong hands. As my son went and asked, Xavier stated he could not hand over those copies to him and to top it off, he made a comment that set me off. He stated, "it's not like if we can do anything with a 450 credit score". Needless to say, I lost my temper when my son told me what he had said. I did return to sales rep Xavier to let him know how disappointed I was at him with language I would have liked to have avoided, but no other way to express my anger and to get his attention. The following day, I went in to cancel a service order I had with my wife's Tahoe that I had left the previous day and to speak with a manager about the incident. I spoke with a manager and realized that either I was in the wrong or they were not worried about losing my family and I as customers. I will no longer shop at this location and highly recommend any and every one to drive a little farther and avoid dealing with this type of customer service. In my opinion, they are taking advantage of people who do not speak up and or know any better, especially with the type of customers they get from around that general area. More
Do NOT purchase a car from Young Chevrolet. Make sure you check over the car thoroughly before you sign the agreement. I got the car home and found out no spare tire, no floor mats in the back seat area you check over the car thoroughly before you sign the agreement. I got the car home and found out no spare tire, no floor mats in the back seat area, the second key has never been delivered and now telling me it won't be delivered. They told me they changed the oil, but the oil change light came on about a week later. Very disappointed. I will never purchase another car from Young Chevrolet. I have no issues with the buying process of the car. I have big issues with them telling me I'm not going to get the second key when it was advertised there was a second key. I have issues that I have to check to see if there's a spare tire with a certified checked car I'm buying. Compared to auto and customer service at other dealerships, Young Chevrolet just breaks their promises. So don't sign until you have everything in your hand and you've checked the car thoroughly. Recall on Chevy Camaro and had to pay to get my car checked out. I had change stolen from my car. Whoever did it must be hurting for money. Who steals coins out someone’s car. Also you should be ashame checked out. I had change stolen from my car. Whoever did it must be hurting for money. Who steals coins out someone’s car. Also you should be ashamed of trying to get over on a veteran who served for this country. It shows what type of individual you are in general. Obviously I am sure that the horrible work ethic starts with the management. Immature, and unprofessional as well. No one should go to this dealership. One thing that I can’t stand is a liar and someone that is a thief. Some of the people that work in the service department need to be fired ASAP. If I could give them 0 stars far as reviews I would. There are several bad reviews from this dealership if I would of known that I would of never taken my car to this location. More
I recently dropped off my 2017 Chevy Silverado for service due to the vehicle turning off while I was driving it. I dropped off the vehicle at Young Chevrolet in Dallas Texas. The technician called me service due to the vehicle turning off while I was driving it. I dropped off the vehicle at Young Chevrolet in Dallas Texas. The technician called me over the phone two days later stating that the battery cable was loose and that they would tighten the cable and check the vehicle to ensure everything was functioning properly. I called Saturday morning on July 17 to confirm what time the service center closed due to the fact that I would be coming from Louisiana to pick up the vehicle. I was told that they closed at 8 PM. As I got within 45 minutes away it was approximately 2 PM and I called to confirm then I would be there shortly to pick the vehicle up. I was told at the service department closed at 1 PM and they referred me to management who stated that himself and the technician we’re in Oklahoma. He received my telephone number and told me he would call me back to see if somebody could release the vehicle. He called back stating that I was able to then pick up the vehicle through car sales and if there would be $135 diagnostic fee to tighten a loose battery cable. I am extremely unhappy with the way the Young Chevrolet is trying to take advantage Chevy customers. More
