Brought in a 2019 GMC sierra for a transmission flush and filter. Price they quoted was different than what was said on phone. That should have been the first red flag for me. After they got started they texted me to let me know the CAT converter would have to be partially removed to complete the service. How did they not know this before hand? This isn’t the only 2019 out there. It just seems they wait until they are working on it and then switch it up. Price for transmission flush and filter was quoted at 400. Ended up leaving paying $650. While I was waiting I listened to customer after customer complain about each aspect of their business. Seems like I am not the only having a terrible experience with these dishonest people. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else. More

I asked her for a manager and she refused to get the manager, not sure how GMC is ok with this as a salesperson said sierra is always rude and the manager does not care. We called and got an estimate for a transmission and filter change, they did not ask us what model we had and we were quoted $319, made an appointment dropped off my suv and got a call stating it would be $550 extra for my model, if thats the case why werent we asked that when we called or why didnt say so on their price board? thats a joke and illegal but sure, continue GMC . Asked them to fix my Bluetooth and was told that's an onstar issue and they wouldn't help us. Made another appointment, came back and they looked at my suv again and said they didn't know how to fix the Bluetooth and would charge us $200 and to make another another appointment, how does that even make sense. I called several times talk to the manager and just sat on hold. Either there is no manager or they simply aren't there day after day. They do not care about their customers one bit. Called gmc support for help and basically got the run around again. If I ever buy a new car it won't be a GMC , that's for sure ! More

Visited this dealer on Oct 27,2023 for a vehicle they had listed on KSL. This was the first stop (and farthest from where we live) of 3 that I had narrowed down on the model I was looking. Ended up purchasin listed on KSL. This was the first stop (and farthest from where we live) of 3 that I had narrowed down on the model I was looking. Ended up purchasing here and not even visiting other two dealers. Antonio Lopez was our salesman. we started all the paperwork then returned the next day to finish purchase. They were great to work with and their service department was even able to get our Chevrolet Malibu in for service and even did an alignment (our local dealership showed 4 weeks out in schedule) while we finished paperwork. I cannot say enough about them going above and beyond. More

When I asked what was the best interest rate they could offer nobody could answer me. Understand multiple factors determine financing but you should at least have some idea of what interest rates are offered. The finance person (Jessie) was really nice but did not know how to do her job. I had to explain to her how to complete the paperwork on her end (USAA Auto loan). After spending all day at the dealership I was informed that I couldn’t drive the vehicle home because they weren’t sure how to finish the paperwork. The only way I could take the vehicle home was to apply for a loan with one of “their” lenders. This completely defeated the purpose of me securing financing when they had to run a credit check. After all that I was finally allowed to take the vehicle home. The next day we returned to finish signing the paperwork, which was still not ready. First contract they tried to get me to sign was for a loan with their lender and not my USAA loan. I informed them of the error then they brought the correct paperwork. Two days later when they sent me a request for a survey they addressed it to the wrong name (Corey, my name is Cody). This was the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I will not purchase another vehicle from Young Automotive Group and question if two years of maintenance is worth dealing them. Would not recommend Young Buick and will discourage everyone I know currently in the market for automobile from doing business with Young. More
