The car is really my dream car it's absolutely amazing and in perfect conditions. The entire process was amazing all thanks to a sales person that i think is unique and very sincere. This purchase was on September 06 and today is November 07 and I still called her to ask questions about the car and she still answers the phone and talk to anyone in there in order to help me with my questions. Car still doesnt work!! My 2012 VW Routan that has 60 some thousand miles on it shuts off while you are driving (one time when I was doing 65 on the highway) and does not tur My 2012 VW Routan that has 60 some thousand miles on it shuts off while you are driving (one time when I was doing 65 on the highway) and does not turn back on until you pull off the road and wait a few minutes. So I first took it in, Ben our "advisor" (what ever that means) calls off so no one can look at it, he later sends me a video of what is wrong with it, and calls the EOM module a "thingy" that he has to find the price of. So $1100 later (and a few days when Ben decides to work) my "thingy" is fixed. So I take my car to the beach, with 3 children. On the way home all my lights on dash go out for 2 hours but car still runs, then the car is on and I shut the door and the car shuts off, and again my car starts shutting off when I am driving. I call, they cant get the car back in for a few days, so I drop it off and Ben can not figure anything out. Let us no leave out they had the car for 6 days, Ben calls off again during that time, and calls to let us know that he can not recreate it so he doesn't know and we are to come get it! I drove the car to work this, shut off on highway driving 50mph I have to coast off highway and wait until it turns back on. We will be dead from getting hit before this car is fixed, oh and let us not forget no one but Ben can be assigned to our car because of how York VW works. And the EOM module that I clearly did not need that Ben tried to tell my husband that I in fact did...well that is just $1100 I wasn't meant to have apparently. I have had a few different salesmen over the years they seem to get better as time rolls along.They were always well versed in what they were selling and very personable right down to the owner who will take the time to chat and say hi. The latest salesman Tim Smith is great to work with and is very helpful in steering you toward what works and is right for you. So if your interested in a new car do yourself a favor stop in and talk to them. And I can't neglect the service department I always felt the repairs and recommendations were done well and the advice sound. More

Many thanks to the team at York VW Had a great experience at York VW this weekend. I had mentioned in a previous visit that I was possibly interested in a Golf R and even a few months l Had a great experience at York VW this weekend. I had mentioned in a previous visit that I was possibly interested in a Golf R and even a few months later, Tim had remembered our conversation and gave a friendly call that if I still wanted one, that there was one coming in soon--not pushing for a sale, just a casual call. When I came in to the dealership everyone was accommodating and were friendly and patient with me and with my 2 year old son who was rather wound up. You can tell that the people at York VW are real people with families and that they really do care! I was considering 2 vehicles; one on the lot and another that was over 6 hours away. I was assured that whichever I chose, Mike and Bryan were happy to do the legwork to make it happen while still giving me a great deal. Thanks also to Jon Steffy who worked hard for 2 days to get me top dollar for my trade in which sealed the deal. Great people and a great dealership; I couldn't have asked for better service.
