We are loyal Mitsubishi owners....and I have never in my life had a worse experience then with this dealership and their internet sales manager Chad tanner. Was promised a car was in "perfect" condition b life had a worse experience then with this dealership and their internet sales manager Chad tanner. Was promised a car was in "perfect" condition before I drove 7.5 hours to get there and when we arrived the car was so scratched up inside and out, it looked like they let a wild cat loose inside and the outside was scratched head to toe. I under stand buying a car with 10,000 miles might have a few rock chips....but when I ask specifically about it so I don't drive 7.5 hours to be let down, I would have liked an honest answer. Now I'm back home ....no new car...19 hours on the road....and it was all wasted time because the slime ball couldn't tell the truth up front. Thanks York mitsubishi! Haha More

We had a great experience at YC. We originally went to the local Dodge dealership because we had an employee discount coupon and the dealer there was rude and kept trying to sell us the "most" expensive m the local Dodge dealership because we had an employee discount coupon and the dealer there was rude and kept trying to sell us the "most" expensive model on the lot. I went over to YC and not only did they have a great selection they were good with explaining things to me as far as how much I was getting for my trade and what the reasoning was. I have taken my car there for all my services since I bought it and everyone has always been very nice and accommodating to my schedule. I wish I remembered my sales guy name because he is such a nice salesman and I never felt pressured which was really nice. More
