Without exaggerating this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly, accommodating and fun. We experienced no pressure sales tactics. It actually looks like a fun place experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly, accommodating and fun. We experienced no pressure sales tactics. It actually looks like a fun place to work. We drove from Plainfield for a good deal on a vehicle and it was worth the trip. Ben and James were low key and very nice to work with. More
Smooth, easy transaction from start to finish. Would absolutely send any friends and family in the market for a new or used vehicle to York Ford! Would absolutely send any friends and family in the market for a new or used vehicle to York Ford! More

LIARS, LIARS, LIARS ! Evidently, the panel which covers the smooth electronic keyless pad entry on the drivers side door column is considered “cosmetic”. So the fact that it flew off while I was on a freeway is my fault somehow. I, as the consumer, am supposed to be able to not only discern that Ford uses double sided tape on an exterior part, but am supposed to be able to do proper maintenance to avoid failure of the tape! Now let’s move on to the sales pitch about a loaner vehicle which is supposedly provided with the premium coverage as well. Oh…wait only if we bring it back to them. Again..lie, lie, lie…it was never stated as a dealership “courtesy”…it was represented as one of the fabulous perks that we had the privilege of paying several thousand dollars for, which doesn’t cover the loaner car either. SHAME ON YOU BOB BOWEN! We expected honesty…guess we learned our lesson at a very expensive cost! More
Service department is horrible. I could barely make it out of the dealerships parking lot. Will not ever do business with these clowns again. More
