Upon arrival a gentleman met me at the driveway and advised he would get the process started and directed me to the service desk. Diana was busy with another client but took the time to acknowledge me and said she would be with me soon. She apologized for the delay, which she had no control over, and got me set. We now have 115,000 miles on it and couldn't be happier with the continued performance of this vehicle. Our vehicle has only been serviced by York and no one else. If Chrysler ever brings back the Aspen's, we will surely buy another one when the time is right. More
