Salesjerk (Austin Shephard) promised it was a quick and easy fix. It has been 11 days. After the initial phone call from the service department my wife or I have had to call them every day to get a status update. Each time they say it will be ready the following day. Each day we have to call them when it isn't ready. We picked up the Jeep after the first week, drove off the lot only to discover the problem hasn't been fixed. Clearly they never did a test drive. Spoke with John Bissot the general manager who assured me that this is not how they do business despite the fact that this is how they do business with me. I don't presume to be special in this regard. If you dare do business with this dealership at the very least avoid Austin Shephard and assume nothing, get everything in writing and buyer beware! This would be a zero star review if it were possible. My recommendation is to go to Phoenix to buy a new Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep. The only positive experience was with finance. All in all STAY AWAY! More
