The do the basics of what's paid for and not more. I had oil change, tire rotation, and auto butler done. In the 3hr process all that was completed. But for rotating the tires you would think they would che oil change, tire rotation, and auto butler done. In the 3hr process all that was completed. But for rotating the tires you would think they would check tire pressure, nope all 4 are running different, and being the nitrogen it's not as easy to get it fixed elsewhere. Wiper fluid I've normally had complementary filled from other dealers, nope. I'm still rating them good cause they did what was asked, but just know you're not going to get the extras other deals might normally throw in. More
