I called for an oil change and was told no appt necessary if I wanted to go through the express lane. I drove right into express lane and was greeted by a mechanic who took my info. Was told I could wait in if I wanted to go through the express lane. I drove right into express lane and was greeted by a mechanic who took my info. Was told I could wait in lounge where there was coffee, drinks and snacks. I was also given an estimated wait time which turned out to be pretty accurate. My entire experience was a positive one! I went to another dealership that only took appointments and refused to help me. I had a meeting in Plainfield so I stopped here and they were so welcoming. The oil change was fast and the service members was informative and polite. But my oil change gauge was not reset in my car and I'm upset to learn that the package I purchased will expire in a few mont informative and polite. But my oil change gauge was not reset in my car and I'm upset to learn that the package I purchased will expire in a few months before I will be ready for my next oil change. Bummer. More
