I have been coming to this dealership for more years than I can remember, back when Carson built this building. Since York has been here I have seen more employee turnover than ever before. The reason I return to this dealership is the stability of its employees. The parts department has changed, l miss Rodney. Now Doug in service is gone. I am also glad to see Eric back in sales. I am also glad to see MARK HOLTSCLAW back in the service department, he is my main reason for returning. MARK is very customer friendly and KNOWLEDGEABLE about automobiles. You need to hang on to him, my reason for returning is the relationship that we have developed over time. More

Since this dealership was purchased by York the service department has spiraled downward getting worse each time I go there. This time I dropped my truck off 9-28 checked back about 2 weeks later and they department has spiraled downward getting worse each time I go there. This time I dropped my truck off 9-28 checked back about 2 weeks later and they said it was almost done. Continued to hear nothing and each time I called it was the same thing. I finally stopped by on 10/21 and the service manager said oh it’s been ready for some time. Why no call? He said I have had a lot of communication issues here lately. This cost me a rental car for several weeks. Absolutely pathetic More
