Problem should have been fixed the first time I brought the car in. But nothing was said to me about not being able to fix it. Even though I said the reason I brought the car in was for the check engine l the car in. But nothing was said to me about not being able to fix it. Even though I said the reason I brought the car in was for the check engine light. Also after the car was fixed I took it to a different place that said I was over charged about $1000. More
Very poor communications! Could not get Mark to call me back! He should of contacted me to let me know the progress on my vehicle. You also sent a text with a link explaining Could not get Mark to call me back! He should of contacted me to let me know the progress on my vehicle. You also sent a text with a link explaining other problems on the car and it didn't work. And I couldn't ask Mark about it because he wouldn't call me back. When it was Westside they did a great job of customer service! York is failling when it comes to customer service. More

I left SIX messages over a 10-day period for two different service coordinators - not one of those calls was returned. The last two were “My car was towed to you - do you actually have it and is it different service coordinators - not one of those calls was returned. The last two were “My car was towed to you - do you actually have it and is it actually in line for service?” Only word I got was office calling to say car was ready for pick up. No word ever on “we have it” or a diagnosis of the problem or a request for spend authorization. This is TERRIBLE, nonexistent communication is unacceptable and next time I need service I’ll strongly consider going elsewhere. When I picked up, Mark H. did go out of his way to drive the car with me to make sure it was OK. I very much appreciate that. But when I bring a car in for service, I’ll be asked to spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars - is it too much to ask for a simple call back about it? More
