Listen I almost had given up on my service here, but this last time has me hooked. Josh worked so well to accommodate me and get everything done and even checked on more really than I asked him to. Then I had to wait on a couple of parts, but I was leaving for the holidays, and he made sure it all got done and kept my car until someone picked it up for me. So just remember that somedays people don't always meet our expectations but when they go above and beyond you better hold on to that!! Van was delivered back to me, upon starting the vehicle (after a battery replacement and oil and filter change) the dash board was lit up like a Chri Van was delivered back to me, upon starting the vehicle (after a battery replacement and oil and filter change) the dash board was lit up like a Christmas tree with all Warning lights on. Went to Wes he took the van back to the service shop and cleared all the codes due the needed battery replacement. Score would have been a 5, but job had not been completed. Surely, who ever drove the van out of the shop and supposedly a test drive would have noticed all the warning lights on! More
