Terrible service. I originally brought my car in because I had a screw in the tire. My car was there for over three hours for a tire repair and oil change. Upon pickin I originally brought my car in because I had a screw in the tire. My car was there for over three hours for a tire repair and oil change. Upon picking up my car, I got on the interstate in my car began to shake like it was going to fall off. I was told that I needed to bring my car back, but needed to bring it by 515 because the shop is closing at 6:00. Apparently, the wheel weights were not place back on the tires, and the tires were not balanced. The previous time I had came to the same shot for an oil change, I told the service agent that I had a low tire. Upon getting my car this time, the technician failed to even put air in my tires. Just seems like service isn’t a priority for this location. More
