Communication was not the best. Car still had issues when I picked it up and started driving down the street. Never enough staff and I understand . But when I scheduled an appointment , they called me with a cancellation 13 days before my appointment and I took it. The 0900 time does not work But when I scheduled an appointment , they called me with a cancellation 13 days before my appointment and I took it. The 0900 time does not work with my night work schedule so I had my daughter drop it off. At 2:30 pm no update on my car. Come to find out if you are not waiting in the building you are no longer an “appointment “ and nobody looked at it . I need it so I picked it up at 4:30 and was made to sign a “refused service”. Hmm really , because I went out of my way for your service. You just didn’t want my money. After this incident , not answering calls for days on end and waiting for 2+ hours on the last 3 quick lubes we will no longer be brining any of our 5 vehicles to a York dealership. I will travel an hour or two away for better customer service. More
They are under renovation, it was freezing,my oil change took and 1 and 30 minutes but the cold was unbearable toward the end the gave me somewhere warmer to sit.
