I have never had so much trouble with a car that I bought. So very frustrating. However, the personnel, John the salesman, Ryan the manager, Mark the service tech, and Diane customer service, couldn’t bought. So very frustrating. The people were nice and work was fine. Problem arises when I made an appointment for March 22nd and my car doesn’t get looked at until the 23rd (I should have made the appointment for th Problem arises when I made an appointment for March 22nd and my car doesn’t get looked at until the 23rd (I should have made the appointment for the 23rd). The second issue came when I receive the call on the 23rd about my can and I approved the work, the person told me it would be finished that day or first thing in the morning. Well I received a text on 25th that my car was finished. So the issue I had was time expectations set by the service department was not met. More
