Buying a car is such a big decision, and I’m so thankful we went with York. We worked with Rodney and he was absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and even took my car and fixed all the many issues I had with it, free of charge. Mike was amazing as well. He made multiple calls to the bank to fight for us to get the best deal. We are really blessed to have worked with so many amazing people. York is a great dealership with a great selection, but it’s the people who really make it such a great experience. I had one jeep pick out. They found issue with mileage. They were honest with that report and we got another. Just got 1 key knob asked for another one. Finally after 1 month They found issue with mileage. They were honest with that report and we got another. Just got 1 key knob asked for another one. Finally after 1 month I call and found out I make return trip. Supposedly it was about 1 hour to do it and turned out about 2 hours. Set in waiting area and finally I ask what’s going on the found my key knob in a plastic tubin the office. More
