Poor from start to finish. Didn’t complete job that was scheduled. Received loaner that was on empty. Appt scheduled at 9a and it took me calling at 3:30 to get an initial update that no one had looked at scheduled. Received loaner that was on empty. I had to wait about to weeks to get an appointment for a check engine light. Then they did not look at my car until late in the day (my appointment was 8AM). The work was completed the next day at about check engine light. Then they did not look at my car until late in the day (my appointment was 8AM). The work was completed the next day at about 3pm.
