York Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Plainfield

Had to pay out of pocket for a rental from Enterprise due to no York loaner vehicles being available while my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee was being serviced for warranty repairs. Was informed by York that a PO to no York loaner vehicles being available while my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee was being serviced for warranty repairs. Was informed by York that a PO was sent to Enterprise for payment of my rental but Enterprise says they have not received anything from York and can’t find record of the PO in their system. It’s been 21 days now and I’m still stuck holding the bag. Would really like to be reimbursed soon. Please help! Also, during warranty repairs a control module was damaged and had to be ordered/replaced by York. Now the 115v plug port doesn’t work in my Jeep. Will need to bring vehicle back. More
