I do not feel they checked all of the things listed. A day after service I was stopped by police for a headlight out. A few days later the tire pressure sensor came on and had to add air. Went in for a simple oil change and went to shift out of park and the van lunged. Started to drive and knew there was a transmission issue because of the rpm’s. Drove back and was told it would be an hour a park and the van lunged. Started to drive and knew there was a transmission issue because of the rpm’s. Drove back and was told it would be an hour and that I would have to wait an hour. They then made me purchase a battery and I insisted they drive it. They drove it and said yes there was indeed an issue with transmission. It was then several hours later before they called to say it was a part, a common part, but that they didn’t have it and it was now too late in the day to get the part next day. So it would be Monday. Monday and no phone call. I call and was told that I was lied to, that they do not get parts in on Monday’s. Finally get vehicle back Tuesday. When I only went in on Thursday for oil change. Now I have new wipers, new battery, and now a transmission cylanoid. More
