My car worked when I brought it in but now it doesn’t I was told there was nothing they could do. Even though the update was the one they installed. Now the radio display which controls my heat, backup was told there was nothing they could do. Even though the update was the one they installed. Now the radio display which controls my heat, backup camera, navigation, and most of everything I had dose not work and I would be charged 900 dollars to repair it! I asked if you would discount the cost even though it was working when I bought it in I was told no! More

It was great this time Bridget Thomas actually took care of the problem that I've been having with the service department for a while. I was getting invoices for somebody else's truck I called three times t of the problem that I've been having with the service department for a while. I was getting invoices for somebody else's truck I called three times three times a told me it was taken care of and it had not been.. I explained this to Bridget and she took care of it corrected everything that was wrong you got me taken care of. I appreciate her going the extra length to make sure it was corrected properly.
