Confused check in and translation of work needed was not made clear to the technician. Seemed to be problems with check computer pads and although I had an appointment, it took almost an hour to complete. C made clear to the technician. Seemed to be problems with check computer pads and although I had an appointment, it took almost an hour to complete. Could have been just a bad day. I was disappointed back up module reset/update was not covered by the warranty I purchased for $3,600. No coverage was not the fault of dealership. US Warranty Corp only handle updates/resets if part is being replaced. I do not fault dealership for that. I was very happy that the dealership did step up to help remedy the situation and helps me feel comfortable taking my Jeep back there for service down the road. Good Customer Service More
