Truck was involved in an accident. Was sent to York body shop at Greencastle to be fixed. They subd out the abs repair to Westgate. Charge me another $200 just to tell me that the ABS sensor was out again. More

Was not happy with my recent service experience. My vehicle was there for three weeks. Also had been waiting on repair parts for three months from a prior service visit. No one can tell me when the My vehicle was there for three weeks. Also had been waiting on repair parts for three months from a prior service visit. No one can tell me when the parts will be in. Only received one call a week for an update on the progress of my truck. I bought this truck brand new in 2018. For a vehicle with a price tag as high as it was, I have had it in the shop multiple times for several different failures from the manufacture. Definitely won’t buy another Ram More
