I used to like this dealership. I have received bad service the last 2 times I have been there. One-time they did not get the lug nuts on my tire tight and we had to go back. This last time they said it would be 1 and a half hours. I was fine with that. But 3 people that were behind me in line were done before me!!!! I was there for 2 hours and 15 min! I went to complain! They said that a tech was working on my jeep, not a lube tech. So I decided to let Nick know what was going on. He was not there. I talked to Tony. He promised me that Nick would call me on Monday! I would get a free oil change or something. Well, I did not geta call from Nick. I more or less just wanted them to know I was NOT happy and if someone didn't tell them, then they would never know. I don't care about the free oil change! I just want great service! I sure don't feel #1. More
