Waited three weeks for my appointment! With no communication it was not even looked at with out me calling in. Then was told had to wait for approval due to cost. I was told this on a Friday it would be Monday or Tuesday before they got it. I showed up after 5 on Wednesday and no one still had called for approval. Mark who got involved called at 5:12pm. Got approval within five minutes. How long would I have had to wait if I had not come in to get something out of my truck. Mark definitely got in involved and had my truck ready on Friday. I still one area of concern was not address. But Mark did note it, or at least I hope he did. The communication was very lacking. I work at a dealership. I definitely informed my dealership I hope we don’t treat our customers this way. More

We dropped our compass off on Friday at 9:30 and was told they are running behind and that it would be 3:00 before they could get to it, once they got to it they only had one of the parts and had to wait unt they are running behind and that it would be 3:00 before they could get to it, once they got to it they only had one of the parts and had to wait until Saturday to get the other part and they would call us when it was finished. We never heard from them, we reached out to them and the service department was now closed until Monday and no one could tell us anything about our vehicle. Monday we called them and the guy that was working with us said he didn’t work Saturday and we fell through the cracks. You would have thought they would have offered a oil change or something since they made a mistake and we had to go without our vehicle for the weekend. More
Recall work on my Jeep Liberty was scheduled on 3/24/2 at 11:am. Told could bring car in early...brought in at 8:15am. Later in day received a call saying did not have the part...will have part Sat am....l 11:am. Told could bring car in early...brought in at 8:15am. Later in day received a call saying did not have the part...will have part Sat am....left car till Sat. Car was still not done...did not receive call till Mon. At 4:30 that car was ready. What the heck...this is customer service!? More
