12/31 charged me for work not done. Admitted it. Talked to M. I know things can happen. Said I would get a credit. Had promised several times to call me after she talked to service Admitted it. No more calls, no refund, only texts saying "how did we do?" I told them they did not do very good. Days pass, still no refund, no response. I used to arrange my truck service when I was in Indy so I could go to York because I now live in another state. Very disappointed they have my money, making no effort to make this good. Today is after close of business on 1/9/2025. More

I haven’t had much luck with taking my 2020 Jeep Gladiator there for repairs. I have had it in 4 different times in the last 4 months or so for the same issue, check engine light. They haven’t been able to figure out the misfire and haven’t made the repairs. I finally took it elsewhere to have it looked at. Simple services like oil changes take a full day, which seems odd to me, even with an appointment. Not really impressed and not planning to take it back there. More
